I received a letter from my insurance company stating that I was being put in a non renewal status because of the condition of my roof. Through google I found Jensen Precision power washing after speaking with Dereck, he explained the process and educated me on roof maintenance. He came out to the property and preformed a roof soft wash that not only made my roof go from black to grey and looked like a brand new roof, he also issued a certificate of compliance that I was able to submit to my insurance agent and I was able to get my policy reinstated. Dereck was professional, helpful, and patient as he walked me through the process and helped me submit everything to my insurance company.
